BUFFING MACHINE

The machine built by LOMAC Company is a grinding machine that allows grinding drawn or rubberised fabrics.

The machine is equipped with:

• 01 three-phase asynchronous motor coupled with a gear box which transmits the rubberised roller motion for the material feeding.
• 01 three-phase asynchronous motor connected to a residual materials exhauster which are collected and deposited in a special drawer.
• 01 three-phase asynchronous motor which through two pulleys starts the abrasive belt.
The machine operation is controlled from the operators electric control panel located on the rear side of the machine. The machine is fitted with a lateral work-station and is planned to be operated manually.
